An Enterprise Architect documents the bridge between Business and IT ensuring transparency and enabling strategic technology decisions in the context of these large <span>scale-transformations,</span> introducing a common language and framework for business and IT to improve decision-making, increasing agility, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall performance.</p><p>Your role will be to provide an architecture and governance that will support the most effective and reliable IT environments, satisfying an organization’s IT and business requirements . You must be able to understand an organization’s business mission, methodology and processes. You must document the current and future business landscape, to ensure alignment between strategic requirements and aspirations, and the applications, data, infrastructures and security required to help meet the requirements. You must defines how these architectures are going to be deployed and governed.</p><p></p><p>Your responsabilities :</p><p></p><p>· Provide a perspective on the customer's industry</p><p>· Define a solution strategy appropriated to the problem at hand</p><p>· Provide technical support to the sales force to implement new ideas</p><p>· Research emerging concepts and ideas</p><p>· Integrate the latest consult and innovation offerings into the solutions approach</p><p>· Work with all internal entities to design, solve and document a transformation solution</p><p>· Define and propose solutions that are well integrated with the IS and optimized for the customer and our company</p><p>· Ensure the coherency of the technical solution and the associated cost model</p><p>· Prevent risks and potential technical impacts based on the proposed solutions</p><p>· Assist with the project’s deployment, ensuring compliance with the chosen standards</p><p>· Work closely with other architects</p><p>· Create processes to improve the efficiency of our customers or our own efficiency</p><p>· Be active in design activities (HLD, LLD, costings)</p><p>· Be owner for the performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructure</p><p></p><p>Travel may be requested.</p><p><br/><b><span>Who You Are</span></b></p><p>Professional and technical skills required:</p><p></p><p>You have at least 2 years experience in the role and have a wide range of technical skills. IT and information systems modelling have no secrets for you. You have in-depth knowledge of technical standards, development methods and security standards. Your analytical skills enable you, to understand your customers' needs and you are able to adapt to them.</p><p></p><p>· Experience in IT architecture and consulting</p><p>· Experience and skills in data centers, IT and production departments, architectures, IT infrastructures, mobility, workstations, networks and security</p><p>· Ability to use methodologies, intellectual knowledge, technical studies, reference documents and examples to develop innovative, differentiated and creative proposals and recommendations</p><p>· Team spirit, meticulous, organisational skills, strong motivation</p><p>· Good stress management to keep on top during large projects, available and mobile</p><p>· Strong interest in innovation and new technologies (automation, AI Ops, etc.)</p><p>· Focus on understanding customer's problem before proposing solutions</p><p>· Understand the entire consultative process lifecycle, from initial understanding to defining, designing and implementing solutions</p><p>· Have a broad vision to capture the impacts of transformation on people, processes, technology, governance and culture, proposing solutions that address individual and integrated needs, as well as recommendations for unaddressed dimensions to develop future opportunities</p><p>· Maintain a thorough understanding of our portfolio of offerings, in particular Business Transformation Services, guiding the match between business needs and IT solutions</p><p>· Preferably have industry knowledge, or at least a keen interest in linking the customer's industry issues, challenges and best practice solutions</p><p>· Leading and guiding the architects of each practice towards a unified and comprehensive solution</p><p>· Other essential skills are strategic communication, analysis and negotiation.</p><p></p><p>Fluent French mandatory</p><p>Minimum B2 in English</p><p></
