Senior Agent Customer Service - German Speaker

You are the voice of  wirkaufendeinauto.de and handle all of our customers’ requests via telephone and email.

As Senior Agent Customer Service you are part of our colourful and motivated customer service team and contribute significantly to the professional support of our customers. You are the go-to person for our agents, lead  the team and coordinate the appointments for our German-speaking branches in Austria and Germany. With your help we will continue to constantly  improve our service quality.

You are going to tackle:

• Lead the shifts and be responsible for the daily tasks to get done
• Be the go-to person for all questions from our agents
• Take over escalation cases and make sure they are resolved
• Coordinate opening hours and appointments for our branches in cooperation with our planning team
• Be in constant contact with your team lead
• Bring up ideas for improvements and report problems immediately

Qualifications

You bring:

• Experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors, as well as excellent communication skills
• Ideally first experience in team leadership and personnel planning
• You work on the PC with ease
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications, good basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• A friendly way with people and reliability, as well as the motivation to be part of a dynamic team
• The ability to work independently and very good time management
• Very good (native) German language
• Other languages are a plus
