You will leverage data to measure business performance against pricing expectations, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize pricing initiatives to enhance decision-making. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage data and analytics in a high-impact pricing function, driving strategic decisions and business success.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Acting as the <span>SME</span> &amp; mentor within the regional pricing team, supporting the team manager &amp; other analysts with more complex cases</li><li>Support delivery of global pricing strategies through pricing analytics, proposal review and creation</li><li>Perform root cause analysis to measure business performance relative to pricing expectations</li><li>Manage ongoing pricing tests/pilots to enhance pricing strategies and initiatives</li><li>Research customer behavior (qualitative and quantitative) and apply optimization techniques to support new pricing model development</li><li>Create a suite of streamlined tools using excel and/or Power BI to measure the performance of initiatives based on defined KPI’s</li><li>Measure and track key regional pricing initiatives’ performance to determine whether corrective action is required</li><li>Convert complex data findings into tables, graphs and data visualizations</li><li>Communicate pricing initiatives to regional teams in a concise, visually engaging, and insightful manner (reports, dashboards, documents, presentations)</li><li>Follow up with the appropriate parties to investigate the drivers of pricing performance</li><li>Collaborate with other Go-to-Market teams and Global Strategy &amp; Insights team</li><li>Facilitate new strategy and functionality roll-out</li><li>Discover issues/shortfalls and provide feedback to pricing operations and IT/pricing system</li><li>Keep track of IT/pricing system new updates</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related business field. MBA preferred.</li><li>4+ years of financial &amp;/or quantitative experience at a financial institution, including bank, Fintech</li><li>Advanced knowledge and experience in developing and using pricing models or similar financial/analytic models</li><li>Understanding of pricing strategies used in consumer-to-consumer industries</li><li>Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Snowflake with expert command of SQL</li><li>Ability to have big picture view of analysis</li><li>Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully across the organization (global approach)</li><li>Strong communication skills and effective in cross-functional <span>environments     </span></li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with people from different functional areas and backgrounds to achieve a desired outcome</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
