Who is STAT?
We’re a recovery management firm focused on delivering value to suppliers. Our mission is to be widely recognized as being the best at helping suppliers get paid everything they are owed by retailers. Our vision is to create an environment where we all love working and an experience that our customers rave about.
Culture at STAT
STAT is a fast growing tech-enabled services company. We are a bootstrapped, private-equity owned startup, on solid financial footing. Our team is remotely distributed across 17 states (and counting!) with concentrations in Northwest Arkansas, Southern California, Seattle, Dallas, and Philadelphia.
We believe in having fun while working hard. Our team is the best of the best, and we all operate as individual contributors and leaders together as one. We are proud of our inclusive, positive, and collaborative culture and believe every team member brings something uniquely valuable to the table. We reinforce our culture through in person functional team gatherings, and by taking the time to celebrate our team members’ big moments, anniversaries, birthdays, and personal wins.
Leadership Team at STAT
Our leadership team is dynamic, driven, and passionate about creating industry-leading results for our business and impactful, thoughtful results for the team that makes the business thrive. You can expect collaborative energy, high standards, strategic focus, transparency, and a sense of humor with our leadership team.
Our leaders are big-picture thinkers–and bringing their huge ideas to life is where the administrative team comes in. Excellence is the bar with the entire team, and while we move quickly, we value and emphasize thoughtfulness and strategic execution, ensuring all efforts are impactful and aligned with long-term goals. Our leadership team encourages ownership on the administrative team and wants to hear your voice and ideas. While the work is serious, we also know how to laugh, stay grounded, and bring positivity and creativity to our daily operations.
How to Apply:
Please apply with your resume and a cover letter with a brief introduction of yourself, fun facts about you, a quick outline of your relevant work experience, and any questions you have.
A great way to make yourself stand out from the pack when applying is to share how you’ve built strong relationships with leaders in the past, even if not directly supporting them, or effectively advocated for a team, team member, idea, or initiative in a previous role. What did you do, and how did it make a difference?
