<p><span>As a </span>Senior Credit Risk Model Analyst<span> at Danske Bank, you will work as an integrated part of an international team. <p><span>Your critical contribution will be part of our Credit Analytic Transformation Programme, an initiative to redevelop our credit risk models, scale our data analytics capabilities, and bolster our credit risk management. You will be part of the LGD Application Team, which collaborates closely with our Model Development team (who builds the LGD models) and our anchoring team (who ensures implementation and anchoring in our business). We guide model developers to ensure that our models meet regulations and the bank’s standards. Our role in writing large parts of multiple upcoming LGD applications requires an understanding of regulatory requirements, clear writing, and comprehension of business implementation.</span></p>

<p><span><strong>You will:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Collaborate with credit model development teams to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations and internal standards, and facilitate the self-assessment of new models</span></li>
<li><span>Work with model framework requirements, such as collateral and guarantees, processes, monitoring, business impact, and implementation</span></li>
<li><span>Manage the credit model application to the FSA, meeting all regulatory requirements and deadlines</span></li>
<li><span>Conduct a wide range of internal and external communication related to credit risk models</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong>About you:</strong></span></p>
<p><span>Given the number of interactions related to this role, we are looking for a colleague who can bring great collaboration and communication skills. You are open to creativity and willing to develop different skills. We imagine that you possess:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>At least 3 years of experience working directly with credit risk models (PD, LGD, etc.) and related regulations or business processes</span></li>
<li><span>Experience in combining business knowledge, regulation, and model development skills</span></li>
<li><span>Experience with communication, stakeholder management, and project management in a flexible development setting</span></li>
<li><span>A higher education in quantitative sciences (e.g., economics, mathematics, physics, engineering, statistics, or similar)</span></li>
<li><span>Advanced English skills, both spoken and written</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span>This position can be located either in Denmark or Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania monthly salary range will be from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).</span></p>
