Quality Senior Manager- Daimiel (España)

The department of Production Quality in Vestas Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Senior Manager in Daimiel (Spain).

 

Responsibilities

• Developing and evaluating quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements;

• Investigating validation problems for systems and performance processes;

• Investigating outsourcing vendors and suppliers in order to verify organisation quality standards and policies;

• Conducting statistical analyses of testing results and process anomalies

• Defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component, or product

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Business or Engineering field

• High technical background, specifically blades and composite materials

• Leadership and people management skills. Strong cooperation and communication skills; managerial courage

• Demonstrated Lean Skills. Lean / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt desired) - practitioner

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Budget and Finance acuity
