Job Description:

Position Summary:

This role is responsible to lead and assist with coordinating warehouse functions such as selecting, receiving, shipping, inventory, etc. as assigned and ensuring shift responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Provides on-the-job training to associates as necessary. 

Position Summary:

This role is responsible to oversee all inventory reports sent to the buyers. 

Schedule:

3 AM - 11:30 AM (hours are subject to change)

Starting Pay: $24/hr

Here’s what you’ll do: 

  • Clear staging locations at determined times. Follow-up with any transactional errors that occur. 

  • Oversee 'out of syncs' in warehouse.  

  • Document any scanning errors. 

  • Audit and verify cycle counts of inventory team. Ensure all items have lot numbers. 

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Associate's Degree (Required) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 

  • One year of relevant job experience. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.  

  • Must be detailed-oriented and able to lead and motivate team to meet deadlines.  

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).

May be required to lift and/or move 20 pounds. The associate is frequently required to sit/stand/walk. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a typical office environment and is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. Temperatures may vary for those subject to any of the following areas: computer/server room, print shop, production area). The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may be high in distribution settings. Travel requirements vary by assignment.

Here’s what you’ll do: 

  • Lead and assist with coordinating warehouse functions such as selecting, receiving, shipping, inventory, etc. as assigned.  

  • Move or otherwise handle cases, boxes, bags, and/or pallets of dry groceries, frozen foods, dairy products, produce, poultry, fish, beef, pork and/or tobacco products and related products as identified on order forms, in the quantities specified.  

  • Work with associates to ensure selection, receiving, shipping and/or storage of products is completed in an accurate and timely manner.  

  • Lead shift workflow: assign work to associates and review for accuracy, efficiency and compliance to operational and safety policies and procedures.
