Installed Sales Supervisor - Halls

BASIC FUNCTION: Supervises and schedules multiple crews and the installation of installed products including doors, windows, garage doors and fireplaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the supervision and scheduling work for Installers.

· Plans daily schedules for efficiency of vehicles, personnel, and job completion.

· Insures correct installation procedures per manufacturers' specifications.

· Maintains knowledge of Building Codes pertaining to installed products.

· Maintains and builds positive customer relationships.

· Maintains required records for inventory used on each job.

· Competes inventory counts at end of each month.

· Reports and corrects defects or problems with trucks or equipment daily.

· Recommends proper equipment and safety precautions.

· Unloads trucks and confirms accuracy of stock inventory shipments.

· Reorders stock merchandise, as necessary.

· Insures accurate billing of job invoices.

· Coordinates delivery and job conditions with sales staff and installers.

· Resolves customer complaints and job discrepancies.

· Trains installers relating to correct installation procedures.

· Recommends product offerings and suggests retail pricing.

· Recommends and enforces policies, procedures, and employee responsibilities.

· Performs other duties and assignments as directed by the Halls General Manager.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

· General knowledge of installation

· Supervisory skills

· Scheduling skills

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work inside in controlled temperature conditions.

Occasionally work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and temperatures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sit for long periods of time

Manual dexterity

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

Occasional travel to job sites

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required

EXPERIENCE:

2 years supervising and scheduling.

Knowledge of building materials industry is preferred.
