This role will strategically manage our growing MI installed base and help optimize our sales operations and data analytics.

Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Installed Base & Sales Operations Manager. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to:

• Manage our growing installed base –identifying growth and replacement opportunities as well as managing EOS strategies
• Manage MI sales operations – including central BL contact for Pricebook and quoting support; Elevate & promotions; liaison to factory & U.S. logistics
• Create and manage business analytics framework and dashboards across the portfolio including driving win/loss analysis
• Coordinate and execute MI sales education strategies with specific focus on AE education for the MI & Theranostics portfolio
• Identify, create and maintain tools and templates needed to standardize and optimize processes across business line

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or equivalent required 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, Business Development or Service Management, Logistics, Engineering
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization
• Experience with SAP, CPQ, Shareville, and ANA advantageous

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $128,100 - Max $192,200

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
