The Role:
As a Product Owner, you will drive and participate in the development and delivery of the YubiEnterprise Services and Software products within our engineering team. You will work closely with Product Management to define and realize the product vision by managing backlogs, sprints, and user stories to meet roadmap timelines. You will collaborate with the cross functional teams across the organization to drive innovations and achieve business objectives.  This position fulfills the role of Product Owner as defined by the principles of Scrum to maximize the value of Yubico’s portfolio of products and services developed by Engineering.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Understand the features in the product, their purpose, and the basics of how they interact and how they are used or utilized by stakeholders, both internal and external
• Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and the product meets user experience & design standards, maintains focus on business & team goals, and adheres to strategic vision
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize engineering work in accordance with strategic roadmaps and guide engineering thru various Scrum ceremonies
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand business goals, market needs, and user requirements
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management within the organization and across multiple organizational layers

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering degree and/or 7+ years of relevant work experience is required. 
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience acting in a functional Agile Product Owner role is required
• Some experience working on date-driven projects and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience working on Enterprise, task-driven applications preferred
• Customer centric mindset and passionate with delivering high quality products
• Ability to understand complex systems and features and able to communicate about their behaviors and interactions with minimally-technical stakeholders
