Our 18-bed voluntary inpatient unit plays a vital role in supporting the mental health needs of our community. We offer a full spectrum of behavioral health services, including emergency care, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, all within a compassionate, collaborative environment.
About the Job:
As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit Registered Nurse cares for patients ranging from adolescents to adults with acute and acute on chronic psychiatric disorders.
What You’ll Do:
- Integrates best practices and current evidence-based practices for the delivery of optimal healthcare
- Utilizes data to improve quality, safety, and a healthy social environment.
- Incorporates informatics and technology to communicate, manage information, mitigate errors, and support decision-making
- Ability to achieve competency in Intravenous Therapy, Suicide Risk Assessment, and Psychopharmacology
Who You Are:
- Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN / BSN required)
- 1-2 years experience in mental health preferred
