We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Product Line Manager for our Field Delivery Tools to lead the development and management of our digital product portfolio. This role will manage an integrated suite of digital applications across all RTI business lines and requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital technologies, market trends, and user behaviors. The ideal candidate will drive the product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery, performance and adoption of digital tools used to deliver our services in field.
 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our field delivery tools, aligning with RTI's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Provide vision and direction for go-to-market opportunities for digital offerings for clients
  • Map out our field delivery tool set, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Work closely with operations, business development, marketing, IT, and technology teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Steward lifecycle of the tools, focusing on users and clients
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in managing a product line is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, with a focus on user experience.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, user feedback, and product performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that create exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving product success and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands 

Work is primarily performed in an office setting with occasional visits to industrial sites. This job may require in-plant meetings and walk-arounds in the refinery / plant setting. 


Travel Requirements 

Estimated between 10%-20%, depending on candidate location.
