What you will do:

• Maintain project files and quotations.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing to system reports.
• Reviews vendor quotations and negotiate bid pricing.
• Pay vendors.  Monitor discount opportunities.  Resolve purchase order, invoice, and payment discrepancies.  Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
• Review all vendor invoices for appropriate approval.  Issue and process customer billings.
• Promptly resolves any problems and issues with customer and vendor.
• Provide project information support to other employees

 

What you will bring:

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience must include at least one of the following: electrical distributor and or vendor representative.
• Accounting background is a plus but not required.
• or Equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Work Environment:

• Office work environment

 

Location: This role will be based in Kapolei, HI after training has been completed in Honolulu, HI (approximately 2 months)

 

Work hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (can be flexible)

 

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $16.00 - $22.00 per hour.
