You will play a critical role in managing the delivery of institutional trading dashboards for the web3 institutional platform. Your expertise will bridge project management and design, ensuring a seamless user experience.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and design of trading dashboards with a focus on UI/UX.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on and off-chain data into intuitive interfaces.</li> <li>Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating project progress and challenges.</li> <li>Utilize both design and technical skills to enhance user engagement and functionality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in project management within digital asset management environments.</li> <li>3-5 years of related blockchain, exchange, or brokerage experience.</li> <li>Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.</li> <li>Familiarity with dashboard design and decentralized finance (DeFi) products.</li> <li>Proficient in managing data integration from various sources, including on and off-chain.</li> <li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li> </ul>
