Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Techno - Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirement gathering, business analysis, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions (Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, etc.) that meet client requirements.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics to achieve business goals.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the solution
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.
- Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Techno - Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional design.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV, or other Dynamics applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
