Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead the Women's business within our Club channel, focusing on key accounts such as Costco and Sam’s Club. This role oversees a powerful portfolio of leading men’s brands including Buffalo, Caterpillar, IZOD, Bonobos, Merrell, Dockers, Robert Graham, and Joe’s Jeans.

Reporting directly to the SVP of the Club channel, the Senior Director will be responsible for maintaining and growing an established $110M business, with accountability for sales performance, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience on the Club channel, a strong understanding of men’s apparel, and the leadership skills to scale this business to the next level.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own financials for the Men's Club business, with responsibility for delivering sales growth, margin expansion, and operational execution across a $110M portfolio
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans across Costco, Sam’s Club, and emerging Club retail opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen high-level partnerships with Club buying teams, ensuring strong alignment and trust
  • Lead seasonal sales planning, market appointments, and brand presentations across all men’s brands in the Club portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Planning, Design, Production, Marketing) to build compelling, channel-appropriate assortments
  • Oversee sales ops support to ensure flawless execution of in-store and online programs
  • Partner with Planning on LE (Latest Estimate) reporting, inventory flow, and shipping strategies
  • Drive insights through regular performance analysis, market feedback, and competitive benchmarking
  • Ensure value-driven merchandising strategies aligned with Club member expectations and brand DNA
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities to further scale the men’s business within the channel
  • Represent the Men’s Club business in senior leadership forums, line reviews, and cross-divisional meetings

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 8–10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in the Club retail channel (Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of the men’s apparel market and the nuances of selling into the Club environment
  • Demonstrated success managing large P&Ls and growing multi-brand portfolios
  • Strong relationships with Club buyers and experience navigating Club-specific timelines and merchandising models
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with fluency in tools like Excel, Retail Link, and SAP
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
