Job Summary: 

Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our corporate offices to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.  We have offices in Machesney Park Illinois, Sioux Falls South Dakota, and Atlanta Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile customer cash accounts
• Answer customer inquiries
• Generate customer invoices
• Set up customer accounts
• Maintain contract data within the accounting system
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Contact customers for payment resolution of delinquent accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience: 

• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years’ experience working in the accounting field
• Solid understanding of accounting practices and procedures
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive financial information

Preferred: 

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
• Experience with Sage Intacct Accounting Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Budgeted salary range:

$19/hr to $29/hr
