The Opportunity:  

As a Program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Navy client. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft 365 suite of software and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and other cross-functional experts, etc. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an acquisition program office

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 acquisition pathways

  • Ability to proactively work within an acquisition project team and take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams

  • Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in an acquisition program office

  • Experience in US Navy acquisition

  • Knowledge of DoD 4001 rapid acquisition  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management

  • DAWIA PM, PMP, or CAPM Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
