Sportec Solutions, a joint venture between Deltatre and the DFL Group based in Munich, has been developing innovative sports technologies for capturing, analyzing, and utilizing match data since 2016. Our solutions – including goal-line technology and the Video Assistant Referee – help sports organizations worldwide unlock the full potential of their data.
 For our subsidiary in Arlington, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people-focused initiatives.
 

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews and onboarding
• Payroll for our permanent employees, seasonal workers, and part-time employees
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment processes
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention
• Maintain detailed records, ensuring all reports, disposition notes, candidate records, and other documentation are complete to support thorough and accurate reporting

Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or software industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Personio)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
