This role serves as a key functional and technical bridge between business operations and ERP systems, ensuring the effective use and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide Epicor platform. The ERP Analyst will support end users across multiple business units, helping translate operational needs into system solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will be deeply involved in ERP implementation, enhancement, and support activities, including troubleshooting, training, and process optimization. The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, hands-on system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, operations, and external partners.
