Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Essential Functions
Collect, clean, and transform large and complex data sets from various sources for analysis.
Partner with aligned senior leaders to determine and plan for data analytics/reporting needs of a business unit or functional area(s).
Mentor and train other data analysts.
Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data and provide explanations or recommendations based on findings.
Create clear, concise, and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Present complex data and analytical findings in a meaningful and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Performs comprehensive quality assurance, ensuring that data and reports meet end-user specifications and are accurate and reliable.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Analysis required or
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
Experience
Experience in data analysis 5-7 years required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate complex workflows and data to a variety of audiences.
Project management skills and/or experience are a plus.
Knowledge and application of statistical analyses including variance analysis and statistical significant preferred.
Healthcare knowledge, particularly as it pertains to electronic medical record data, is preferred but not required.
