Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, or email with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with senior agents and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance

Requirements
EXPECTATIONS
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, chat, or email.
- Demonstrate patience and friendliness in resolving customer inquiries, from simple questions to complex issues.
- Listen attentively to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain a proactive approach to follow-through and issue resolution.
- Handle customer frustrations with professionalism and kindness, often achieving positive outcomes.
- Access support from senior agents and leadership as needed, ensuring continuous assistance.
- Take pride in making the student loan experience seamless for busy students and graduates.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma (degree preferred)
· Computer skills
· Exceptional customer service and phone skills
· Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
· Fluent Spanish speakers a plus, but not required
We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires availability during our hours of operation:
Monday 8:00am-9:00pm
Tuesday-Wednesday 8:00am-8:00pm
Thursday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
