Outbound Sales Appointment Specialist - Crypto/POS

This is a remote position.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM Agent 1

• Mon-Fri 11 AM-8PM Agent 2

• Includes 1hr unpaid break

• Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Detroit, Michigan)

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate different US time zones (East Coast to West Coast calling)

• Initial focus on appointment setting without need for technical product knowledge

• Potential growth opportunity to handle more complex interactions and sensitive information

• Part of a scaling team with plans to grow from 1-2 callers to potentially 5+ team members

• Work directly with company leadership and receive ongoing training and support

• Performance-based role with potential for commission and incentive structures
  

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses including gas stations, convenience stores, liquor stores, smoke shops, and restaurants

• Generate qualified appointments for the sales team using provided scripts and lead lists

• Make calls for two different product lines: credit card processing/POS systems and bitcoin kiosk machines

• Handle initial objections and pushbacks to secure commitment for follow-up meetings

• Ensure prospects understand there is genuine interest before scheduling appointments

• Follow up with scheduled prospects to confirm appointments and maintain engagement

• Work with provided CRM systems and dialer technology

• Maintain call records and activity tracking through company systems

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, and customer service is a must
  

• Experience with B2B calling preferred
  

• Experience in either POS/Payment processing, Financials, or cryptocurrency
  

• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  

• Ability to handle objections and rejections while maintaining persistence
  

• Comfortable following scripts while adapting to conversation flow
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Willingness to learn about financial services and cryptocurrency products
  

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
