  • Troubleshoot issues within ServiceNow, working with development teams to find and implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure smooth product development cycles and operational efficiency.

  • Support other teams and OneOncology practices in using the ServiceNow platform effectively.

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for business processes using ServiceNow and other relevant tools.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and work with stakeholders to optimize workflows.

  • Provide support for the Salesforce platform, particularly for the physician liaison and clinical research teams, ensuring the platform meets their needs.

  • Assist with building requirements and providing technical support for the Salesforce application.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the products and processes under your purview.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows.

  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies & Qualifications
