Quality Control Inspector

Product Inspection: Inspect materials, and production processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

Testing & Measurements: Utilize various tools like calipers, micrometers, and testing machines including PMI Analyzers and UT thickness machines.

Reporting Documentation: Prepare reports on inspection results, including documenting corrective actions taken via NCR's.

Process Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure they adhere to quality control Procedures and standards.

Communication: Communicate inspection findings to relevant teams. Production, Sales team and Supervisors.

Maintaining Standards: Help maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols.

Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify  defects and deviations from our quality manual.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of quality tools and measurements instruments.

Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and work with other departments.

Problem Solving: Basic problem solving skills are required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and work in a fast pace environment.
