Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:High School Diploma

Minimum Year(s) of Experience:4 year(s) of Human Capital or PwC Experience

Required Knowledge/Skills:

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree Preferred:Bachelor Degree

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • TalentLink technology and HR processes;
  • Cross line-of-service deployment processes and related areas, including utilization, forecasting, etc.;
  • Create and maintain documentation for deployment and TalentLink processes;
  • Create and deliver deployment training to new team members;
  • Collaborate with internal clients and other stakeholder groups to identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Facilitate execution of deployment enablement team deliverables;
  • Serve as an escalation point for the team;
  • Collaborate with all lines of service and TalentLink users to identify improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes;
  • Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions;
  • Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the following activities including TalentLink updates, utilization forecasting, timesheet analysis, follow on actions for full revenue recovery, sending staff confirmation communications as well as a variety of reporting and analysis mainly related to load balancing of resources;
