About the Position:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients in the Merrimack Valley area. As a valued member of our care team, you'll support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and maintaining their independence at home.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Offer companionship and monitor general well-being
• Assist with medication reminders
• Document daily activities and report changes in condition
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

• Current Massachusetts HHA Certification required
• Minimum 6 months of home care or facility-based experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass a background check and TB screening
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude
