FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the facility.  Conducting under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and mechanical repairs. This is a full-time opportunity. Starting pay is $19.00 plus experience.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

• Performs general maintenance duties, such as fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures, mechanical work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
• Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Technical Schooling background and/or proven maintenance work history preferred
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
