Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing review of modification requests
• Test modifications then remediate any errors before deploying the changes to production
• Review, troubleshoot, and remediate incident tickets of reported issues
• Resolve any vulnerabilities or issues detected in applications and within the infrastructure
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups
• Analyze source code to mitigate identified weaknesses and vulnerabilities within the system
• Review and validate automated testing results and prioritize actions that resolve issues based on overall risk
• Scan and analyze applications with automated tools, and perform manual testing if necessary
• Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions
• Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts
• Support current application and troubleshoot issues related to the application or servers

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working in IT Security Operations and Operations Support
• 3+ years' experience with DLP products maintaining the health of the application, performing upgrades, troubleshooting and policy deployment
• Strong background supporting both Windows and Linux OS servers
• Proven strong problem solving and analytical skills to evaluate situations, make recommendation and take effective action independently
• Proven experience in data protection security controls, compliance and risk assessments
• Advanced proficiency with O365/Microsoft Office suite
• Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• CISSP preferred
