This Collaboration Engineer role will take ownership of our physical conference rooms, broadcast AV systems and related software tools to enable simple, reliable and impactful collaboration across all Axon offices globally.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Take ownership of all conferencing and collaboration systems at Axon</li> <li>Set and ensure a global standard for collaboration spaces across all Axon offices</li> <li>Lead production for internal facing broadcast events and webinars</li> <li>Upgrade and maintain our Pro AV systems for internal broadcast events</li> <li>Manage integrations across our collaboration tools including Zoom, Slack, Teams and various SaaS toolsets</li> <li>Identify new hardware and software tools to ensure that Axon remains at the cutting edge in collaboration capabilities</li> <li>Provide white glove support for executives and high profile events</li> <li>Serve as the escalation point for IT Support on owned collaboration systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location: This position will be onsite at our Boston, MA office.</strong></p> <p><strong>Reports to: </strong>IT Director of Client Engineering</p> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <p>3+ years of experience working as a Client Engineer or Pro AV technician</p> <ul> <li>Experience with the design and setup of Pro AV gear including video mixers, switching equipment and live sound</li> <li>Experience running AV production for both live and virtual events</li> <li>Track record of being a thought leader in the collaboration space</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of core IT systems such as network, Azure Active Directory, and Okta</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL principles and adherence to change control processes</li> <li>A passion for new technology, being hands-on and building</li> <li>Ability to work on site at our Boston, MA office</
