We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with experience in organizational health program management and business planning to join the Planning Operations team in the Operations & Member Experience (OMX) organization. You will be an individual contributor, orchestrating the annual planning process and ensuring clear alignment with company goals. You will establish and maintain a robust continuous planning rhythm across the organization, constantly anticipating the needs of the business and managing change seamlessly. You will also be a trusted advisor for all functions and leaders across the OMX organization, with a keen eye for improving execution mechanisms and cadences, balancing organizational capacity and ensuring all employees in OMX understand how their day-to-day work impacts our highest priorities.
You will also provide direct support to the leadership team, in the form of exec ready assets and organizing important offsites / summits / operating model forums.
In this role, you will have a unique vantage over the forums in which we communicate progress on key organizational priorities. In addition to creating insightful, clean and clear narratives to convey progress - you will also have the opportunity to influence how we work for the better. This role requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent planning and prioritization habits, and the ability to articulate and present information to the team and its stakeholders at all levels of the business.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $116,100 and up to $161,300. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Identify opportunities in our operational health forums, drive strategic projects aimed at making improvements with organizational impact.
- Oversee OMX’s annual planning and continuous planning processes.
- Work closely with the organization’s leadership team and the entire Planning Operations team to report out on organizational priorities.
- Drive project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger Operations & Member Experience objectives.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders outside of the organization including, but not limited to, Chime’s PMO, product, marketing, compliance etc.
- Present clean, clear and compelling insights that drive the right conversations and focus on the right outcomes.
- Organize and facilitate leadership offsites.
- Champion and drives efforts across the team to improve effectiveness and contribute to making Operations & Member Experience a great place to work.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- A Bachelor's Degree, with 8 years of experience in a strategic, business operations, customer operations, and/or consulting role.
- Experience leading operating reviews and organizing strategic offsites.
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, sound business judgment, with a strong bias for action, can derive satisfaction and meaning by digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Maintains a strongly consistent personal velocity of work tasks; able to successfully handle routine work independently, including self-identification of risks and mitigation strategies.
- Takes an active interest in helping other members of the team meet their deliverables; viewed as a functional expert by colleagues.
- Experience creating executive ready materials (decks) and working closely with leadership.
- Critical thinking - the ability to understand strategic business drivers across disparate businesses will be crucial.
