Job Description

GG Media is seeking a highly organized and driven Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless event experiences from concept to completion. The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality events that align with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, setup, and execution of events

• Manage event timelines, schedules, and logistical details

• Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders

• Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, and resource allocation

• Ensure events meet quality standards and company expectations

• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

• Handle post-event follow-ups, evaluations, and reporting
