THE JOB:

As a Lead Conversion Technician at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay, you’ll be at the center of the action helping transform the venue for an incredible variety of events, from epic concerts to thrilling sports and everything in between!  You’ll ensure each setup is executed with precision, efficiency, and timeliness.

THE STARTING RATE:  $19.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set up and take down event equipment such as risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpet, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice-making equipment, boxing rings, and more
• Store equipment in assigned areas and perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setups and takedowns
• Operate company vehicles and mobile equipment related to arena operations
• Complete administrative tasks related to event production

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
• Two (2) years of conversion/stage production experience or public venue/event related building experience preferred
• Two (2) years of Lead experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as standard office equipment
