The Opportunity:

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the VUR/UM engineering team, driving the development and delivery of cloud-based products that drive better care for patients and lower operating costs. This individual will lead a team of approximately 8 engineers while partnering closely with Product Management to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver incremental value through modern software engineering practices. 

The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can balance business outcomes with engineering excellence, challenge existing processes, and help drive innovation across the organization.

  • Strategic Leadership - Connect technical decisions to business outcomes and customer value. Influence roadmap priorities and technical direction through partnership and collaboration. 

  • Technical Excellence - Demonstrate strong system design and software architecture capabilities. Drive engineering best practices including quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 

  • Product Partnership - Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
