Account Manager

Description

The role of Account Manager serves as the liaison between Micross and the customer. It is an account manager's responsibility to address the customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A proven track record for accuracy

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Multi-Tasking skills

• Recognition of Technical Terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work successfully with multiple departments

• Can work in a high pace environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Computer operating experience, with minimum:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
