About the role

<p>Position Summary</p><p></p>In this Senior Technical Account Manager(f/m/d) role, you will be identifying sales opportunities and maximizing orders of the company's products and services for our B2B customers. <br/>You will improve customer satisfaction and generate new orders by offering timely response to the technical issues resulting from sales activities.<br/>You will be designing Samsung memory products into diverse applications such as Data Centre, Servers, PC, Telecom, CPE &amp; IND. <br/>On top of that, you will be involved in managing a small team of Technical Account Managers in Europe who provide technical support to customers in the Samsung memory business.<br/>By sensing customer needs as well as competitor activity you will support support Samsung’s future product development.<p></p><p>Role and Responsibilities</p><p></p><ul><li>Manage a small team of Technical Account Managers based in Europe</li><li>Understand customer´s requirements and their short-, mid- and long-term objectives and challenges</li><li>Perform the the spec-in of customer specifications requirement and the company's specifications, carry out proposal presentation, benchmark tests, demonstrations, visit exhibitions and customer seminars</li><li>Perform user environment test, create consulting proposal and build strategies for promoting orders and contracts</li><li>Support all technical activities from RFI to mass production, such as: answer technical questions, handling documentations/samples, conduct regular technical meetings with customers, track progress and milestones, drive internal development and quality teams to fulfil customers’ requirements, manage troubleshooting with HQ</li><li>Perform the pre-execution, validation and customizing, product delivery and installation, customer training, stabilization and quality control, as well as address technical issues and claim responses</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product planning, technical /product marketing, and executive management to ensure customer needs are met and a trusted partnership is established</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Samsung’s goals</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within the customer's organization</li><li>Identify and report future trends, customer needs and new applications</li><li>Plan the identification of new demand through technical sales proposals and expansion of the existing demand to identify business information and sales opportunities</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Skills and Qualifications</p><p></p><ul><li>University degree or equivalent in electronics, physics or related areas</li><li>Solid technical experience in the semiconductor business (e.g. IC design or application engineering)</li><li>Advanced understanding of IT industries for memory business</li><li>Experience with Enterprise, networks, AI business customers</li><li>Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills; both written and oral</li><li>Strong technical marketing and business development skills along with commercial sense</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; negotiation skills</li></ul><p></p><p>What We Offer</p><p></p><p>Samsung is a global leader in technology, opening new possibilities for people everywhere.
