Why we're hiring:
As we continue on this journey, we have identified the need for a Senior IT-Product Manager for our ERP system, who will be responsible for planning and implementing product strategies and ensuring the successful introduction of ERP adaptations for the company.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the entire development process from conception to implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central 21 environment.
- Align our business requirements with stakeholders and prioritize them in a product roadmap and plans to ensure the continuous development and improvement of our Business Central solution, coordinating the necessary activities.
- Coordinate our service providers as the central point of contact for optimization, configuration, and automation.
- Lead and organize technical project meetings and create concepts based on identified requirements, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards related to ERP solutions and our IT SOX compliance guidelines.
- Design specifications for data exchange between our applications (including our ERP system and/or other 3rd-party applications).
- Support our colleagues in the Share Service area, as well as other product managers on the team, to achieve shared success.
- Bring your own ideas and creativity and implement jointly developed solutions.
- Develop training and educational materials for customers and internal employees.
What you'll need:
- A university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Substantial professional experience in Microsoft Navision and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central forms the basis, ideally with familiarity in modules like OPPLUS, Time Recording, and Project Billing.
- Extensive knowledge in (agile) IT (partial) project management, so tools like JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, and Kanban are not foreign to you.
- Possess the ability to understand even complex business requirements from a technical perspective and have the capacity to think strategically and make effective decisions.
- Technical skills in server technology and MS SQL databases.
- Fluent in German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
