About the Role
Liatrio partners with some of the largest and most complex enterprises in the world to help them reinvent how they define, build, and deliver software products. We are building a truly modern, product-centric operating model inside an organization that has decades of legacy process, siloed product thinking, and waterfall-era constraints.
This is not a traditional Product Owner role — and it is not a Scrum Master role. This is a high-influence, hands-on coaching role where you will help an enterprise shift from projects to products, from output to outcomes, and from ceremony-driven rituals to real product thinking.
You will guide teams from “writing stories in Jira” to building actual digital products with user feedback, incremental delivery, and sharp product judgment. You will work across multiple workstreams inside a multi-year, multi-squad transformation effort that touches strategy, engineering, UX, and AI-enhanced product development.

What You Will Do

• Lead real product transformation.
• Coach client product owners on true product ownership: defining value, validating assumptions, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving meaningful outcomes.
• Move teams away from ceremony-driven thinking into modern, iterative, small-batch delivery.
• Pair with client POs daily to model what strong product leadership looks like in practice.
• Break complex initiatives into incremental slices that deliver value quickly and build momentum.
• Teach teams how to gather, interpret, and apply user feedback — and how to evolve a product based on evidence rather than opinions.
• Help redesign the enterprise’s product ecosystem into something modular, modern, and aligned with platform engineering and AI-driven capabilities.
• Influence multiple squads at once while remaining hands-on with discovery, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Operate in the transformation core.
• Work alongside Liatrio engineers, designers, strategists, and client leaders inside a massive greenfield initiative.
• Translate modern product practices into a context where they have never existed before.
• Serve as the example: how a modern product owner behaves, thinks, and delivers.

What You Bring

• Significant experience as a hands-on Product Owner or Product Manager in a modern software environment.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and uplift other product owners — not just lead them.
• Track record of defining, iterating, and scaling digital products with real users and real feedback loops.
• Comfort working in environments where ambiguity is high, the canvas is blank, and iterative decisions matter more than long-term plans.
• Ability to break down complex product spaces into small, testable, user-centered increments.
• Skilled communicator who can align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around value.
• Clear distinction from scrum masters or process roles — you are a true product owner who understands what value is and how to deliver it.

• Experience inside large enterprise transformations or modernization initiatives.
