Essential Functions

  • Creates, Redevelop Databases and spreadsheets. 
  • Serves as designated lead worker. 
  • Monitor and Coordinates USDVA decision and award letter into categories.
  • Explain eligibility and unique programs requirement .
  • Present and assist Institutions and training establishments with requirements and criteria.
  • Responds to Veteran Service Officers.
  • Review, prepare and submit Monthly reports for statistically for monthly report to Supervisor.
  • Reviews USDVA rating for award for Monthly statistical reporting.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned within the realm of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college and one year of office experience, or completion of high school and three years of office experience, or three years of independent business experience.
  • Requires the ability to keyboard 45wpm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefers knowledge of office practices and procedures.
  • Prefers knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Prefers knowledge of arithmetic computations.
  • Prefers knowledge of the logic of computer language/programs.
  • Prefers knowledge of manual and automated office equipment.
  • Prefers the ability to instruct, guide and train others.
  • Prefers the ability to establish and develop written instructions and procedures.
