Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Integration & Test Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead to support the Patriot LTAMDS Integration effort. This role is responsible for leading the cost, schedule, and execution for the systems integration & test scope for the Patriot LTAMDS Integration efforts.  

This position is onsite based in Andover, MA.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for Patriot LTAMDS Integration within Patriot portfolio
• Ensure application of technical processes in Test Readiness Reviews
• Support capability demonstrations with senior leaders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers within the team
• Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines
• Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience developing program baselines, managing cost/schedules, and executing technical projects.
• Experience with system integration, verification, and test.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.
