In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-latency services and infrastructure that support algorithmic trading libraries across multiple target environments. This position involves close collaboration with quantitative analysts, traders, and cross-functional technical teams.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, low-latency C# services.</p></li><li><p>Continuously optimize performance and scalability of applications.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to Scrum/Kanban team ceremonies.</p></li><li><p>Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.</p></li><li><p>Implement DevOps practices to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and reliable infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Minimum of 7 years</strong> of professional experience in <strong>C# development</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the <strong>.NET 6+</strong> runtime and related frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in low-latency programming concepts and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with <strong>Aeron </strong>and <strong>SBE </strong>for low-latency messaging.</p></li><li><p>Experience with<strong> Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms</strong> (<strong>AWS</strong> preferred).</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>DevOps practices</strong> and automation for <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in Agile teams, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Knowledge</strong></p><p><strong>Technical:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deep understanding of low-latency service architecture.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with performance tuning and system optimization.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with software development best practices, testing, and documentation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).</p></li><li><p>Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.</p></li><li><p>Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in financial services, algorithmic trading, or fintech.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with AI/ML applications in trading systems.</p></li><li><p>Certifications in cloud platforms or .NET technologies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer
