Protiviti is looking for a People & Change Senior Consultant to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team.  

What You Can Expect 

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in strengthening our relationships with clients, contributing to market impact through business development in a highly collaborative environment and supporting the delivery of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to help shape the future of the HR function. You'll build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also support the mentorship and growth of junior team members as you contribute to the successful completion of project work plans.

• You are passionate about HR transformation and modernizing HR functions to deliver measurable business value  

• You bring a developing point of view on HR operating model design, service delivery strategy, and functional effectiveness  

• You are comfortable working with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor  

• You are intellectually curious about how HR creates value, and actively identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve HR processes  

• You have solid knowledge across the HR technology stack and can help clients explore and enable new ways of working  

• You can translate diagnostic insights into clear, actionable transformation recommendations  

• You contribute to market presence through client relationships, networking, and thought leadership  

• You are experienced in supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technologies and can navigate fluently between functional and technical conversations  

• You thrive in a collaborative, high-performance culture and enjoy supporting the development of others  

• You take ownership of your engagements and actively contribute to pipeline and business development efforts  

• You enjoy contributing to repeatable methodologies, tools, and assets
