Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations for an account, shaping an exceptional dining experience while supporting a safe, efficient, and collaborative kitchen environment. You’ll guide and develop a team of culinary associates, oversee food safety and sanitation standards, and play a key role in bringing fresh ideas and programs to life. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow your leadership and culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily culinary operations, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
• Plan, develop, and execute menus that reflect quality, creativity, and consistency
• Manage food and labor costs, supporting budget goals through thoughtful planning and controls
• Purchase, receive, and manage inventory to ensure freshness, availability, and minimal waste
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are consistently met
• Partner with culinary and marketing teams to introduce and implement new culinary programs
• Support catering and high-volume production needs while maintaining presentation and flavor standards

What We’re Looking For

• Culinary training or a culinary degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading culinary teams in a high-volume production and catering environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage food costs, inventory, and operational controls
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching, development, and teamwork
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and professional growth
• Interest in building a long-term career with a quality-driven foodservice organization
