We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As a QA Compliance Engineer supporting our Quality & Regulatory Affairs team, you will be trusted to strengthen and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with global, local, and internal regulations at our Puurs Manufacturing Facility in Belgium.

- Collaborating with cross‑functional partners to identify and resolve quality and compliance challenges.
- Coordination of QA in Validation, CSV activities, Quality metrics and audits
- Coordinating site gap assessments and supporting the harmonization and standardization of the Quality Management System.
- Managing core quality processes—including Quality Systems Management, and Supplier & Component Quality Management—to ensure alignment with cGMP, Health Authority expectations, ISO standards, and the Alcon Quality Manual.
- Supporting the implementation of the Quality Strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and driving improvements.
- Overseeing Quality Information Systems and training programs to maintain a robust and sustainable quality environment.
- A relevant degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or a related function within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and GxP requirements.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Advanced analytical skills, sound decision‑making, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- A commitment to accuracy, documentation excellence, and continuous improvement.
