In our Syngenta EAME Seeds HR team, reporting to the Seeds Region Head of HR (Seeds EAME) we’re looking for the new
Seeds EAME Talent Acquisition Team Manager
who will
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy and recruiting activities for the Seeds Business in EAME region
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ talent acquisition professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and high levels of client satisfaction. Drives Talent Acquisition Operations as well as contributes to the regional strategic people agenda through the TA function.
- Work closely with the wider HR organization to support strategic projects, providing talent acquisition expertise in connection with the Talent Development needs
- Lead the delivery and implementation of key Talent Acquisition projects for the region including employer branding, strategic talent pipelining, internal mobility, technology.
- Ensure adoption of standardized processes and data story telling
Job Description
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is able and enjoys working in a complex matrix environment
- Has high degree of senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Is structured and detail oriented as well as able to see and envision big picture,
- Enjoys leading and working with virtual teams and across time zones
- Is ready, willing and able to analyze data and trends and translate to meaningful insights and actions
- Is a confident communicator in English, other languages a plus.
- Can manage complex budgets to deliver global, regional, and local outcomes
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization
Qualifications
What are some of the previous experiences we’re looking for in our new Seeds Talent Acquisition Manager?
- Expert, hands-on talent acquisition and recruiting experience in global, complex organization, additional HR experience a plus.
- 8 years of demonstrated strategic talent acquisitions experience including employer branding, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, Early Talent strategies, talent pipelining / community development etc.
- Track record in building strong influencing relationships with senior stakeholders, managers, and candidates,
- Experience in operating, inspiring and motivating teams directly and through the matrix across the region
- Project / change management experience; ideally in the areas of process improvement, technology implementation etc.
- Budget, Vendor and team management experience
- University degree preferably in business or HR related field, Master’s degree a plus
