Grains \&amp; Oilseeds Business Controller&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Our client, an international commodity trading company, is looking for an experienced Grains \&amp; Oilseeds Business Controller to join its team in Lausanne.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Grains \&amp; Oilseeds Business Controller&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Job description:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Our client, an international commodity trading company, is looking for an experienced Grains \&amp; Oilseeds Business Controller to join its team in Lausanne.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>In this key business partnering role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the Grains \&amp; Oilseeds division. You will oversee daily and monthly financial reporting, coordinate the budgeting process, strengthen internal controls, and manage a Middle Office/Controlling team (2 FTEs). You will also act as Business Process Owner (BPO) for the Controlling function, driving process improvements and supporting the global Trade\-to\-Cash operating model.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Lead the Middle Office function, ensuring: daily reconciliation of contracts against broker and external statements, daily reconciliation of trading positions, monitoring of FX hedge coverage, daily calculation of trading positions, P\&amp;L and risk exposure&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Coordinate monthly closing activities, including: \-to\-Market valuation, realised P\&amp;L reviews with Trading and Operations, Margin reconciliation&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and business performance analysis&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Partner closely with Trading and Operations leadership, providing financial insights to support business decisions&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ensure robust internal controls and compliance across the Trade\-to\-Cash process&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Promote consistency of financial KPIs and reporting across the organisation&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Own and maintain Controlling documentation, including process documentation, user guides, templates and training material&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Drive continuous improvement of finance and controlling processes&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Your Profile&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Around 10 years of experience within a commodity trading environment, ideally in Middle Office, Controlling or Trade Accounting&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Previous experience in Grains and/or Oilseeds&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong understanding of front\-to\-back commodity trading operations&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Hands\-on, analytical and solution\-oriented mindset&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent organisational and leadership skills&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of Aspect CTRM is considered a plus&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>What's on Offer&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>A key finance role with significant exposure to senior business stakeholders&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Opportunity to work in a fast\-paced international commodity trading environment&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Leadership responsibilities combined with hands\-on operational involvement&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Long\-term career opportunity within a global organisation jpid45fa6f9jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
