Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise architecture across finance, procurement, payroll, and other Corporate Stewardship domains. In this role, you will provide architectural leadership across SAP and non-SAP platforms, ensuring integrated, scalable, and future-ready solutions. You will serve as a key advisor to senior IT and business leaders, guiding solution architecture decisions and shaping the long-term technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target state architecture for Corporate Stewardship functions, incorporating platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Finance4U, PaPM, SAP BTP, and legacy systems.
• Provide strategic oversight and architectural guidance to solution architects and project delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal SAP deployment models (e.g., RISE with SAP vs. Bring Your Own License - BYOL), assessing associated risks and mitigation plans.
• Partner with senior IT stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions align with broader enterprise strategies and governance frameworks.
• Enforce architectural compliance and standards through cross-functional governance and best practice implementation.
• Lead the solution design of key SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, and Payroll, with an emphasis on clean core architecture and sustainable configurations.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to evaluate the alignment between business requirements and SAP or third-party platforms.
• Support the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including leadership on at least one RISE migration project.
• Apply deep expertise in architecture patterns, business processes, and packaged application ecosystems to create cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with development, data, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including significant experience with SAP S/4HANA and corporate finance solutions.
• Proven leadership in designing and delivering large-scale SAP implementations across Finance, Procurement, and Payroll domains.
• Expertise in evaluating SAP deployment strategies, particularly with RISE with SAP and BYOL models.
• Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem components including SAC, BTP, PaPM, and legacy integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure leads.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide architecture governance and enforcing compliance to standards.
• Deep knowledge of clean core principles, modular design, and integration best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
