SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sourcing & Procurement Consultant (MM)

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sourcing & Procurement Consultant (MM) to support global procurement transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, inventory management, material master data, purchasing operations, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud best practices.

The consultant will work closely with procurement leaders, supply chain teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business value.

Leaders and doers needed. We are looking for professionals who combine deep functional expertise with hands-on delivery experience.

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement processes including:

• Material Master

• Business Partner (Supplier)

• Purchase Requisitions

• Requests for Quotation (RFQ)

• Purchase Orders

• Outline Agreements

• Contracts

• Source Determination

• Release Strategies and Approvals

• Goods Receipt

• Invoice Verification

• Inventory Management

• Valuation and Account Determination

• Configure procurement organizational structures and purchasing controls.

• Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects.

• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

• Support master data migration and cleansing activities.

• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Collaborate closely with:

• Finance (FI)

• Controlling (CO)

• Manufacturing (PP)

• Warehouse Management (EWM)
