Job Overview:
As Vice President, Strategy & Business Execution, you’ll play a critical role as a strategic partner and execution leader to the Service & Supervision executive team. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Strategy & Department Operations (‘Chief of Staff’) for Service and Supervision, you will drive high-impact initiatives, manage key business rhythms, and develop strategic materials for senior leadership, including the President and Board of Directors. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, structured operator who excels in dynamic environments and brings clarity and momentum to complex challenges
Responsibilities:
- Lead business-level initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating across Service, Supervision, and with our key partners like Product, Finance, HR and Transformation Delivery.
- Drive development and implementation of target operating models to align organization design, capabilities and processes with strategic goals.
- Apply structured problem-solving to develop insights and recommendations that enhance performance, execution, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Develop business cases, strategic plans, and financial models to inform and influence executive decisions.
- Own the preparation of executive updates and communications, including presentations for the President, Board of Directors, and internal operating reviews.
- Manage the rhythm of business for Service & Supervision—overseeing planning cycles, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Support the executive team in cascading strategy, driving alignment, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and EVP to refine the long-term strategy and vision of the Service & Supervision organization.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, KPIs, and success frameworks.
- Analyze industry trends, internal performance data, and organizational capabilities to shape strategic direction.

Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations—preferably within financial services
5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services
Bachelor’s degree required;
Core Competencies:
Strategic thinker and problem solver, who can take broad visions or ambiguous direction and apply structure.
Excellent communication skills and ways of working in a high-growth or fast paced environments.
Strong track record of supporting large-scale transformation programs, particularly in customer service, contact centers, pre-and-post integration, or financial services
Self-starter with a bias for action—someone who proactively identifies problems, proposes recommendations and implements solutions.
Experience influencing senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in high-impact environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience crafting executive- and Board-level materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Independent, self-motivated operator with a collaborative approach and executive presence.
Preferences:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
