We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and responsible individuals to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, carry-out, evaluate and accomplish various tasks relative to the handling of our client’s medical kiosk host sites.  Request, receives, examines, identifies, segregates, stores, delivers, and properly the hyper care of the onsite care of our client.

This position runs from 7/1 - 12/31 with the possibility of extending.

Salary is $77, 968.80

Things to know:

  • Mileage is reimbursed at full IRS rate ($.70/mile) roundtrip
  • One-time bonus of $1500 paid out upon completion of work and meeting all expectations (EOY)
  • $75/month reimbursement in expenses ($50 cell, $25 internet)
  • Expect to be in-field 4 days a week, with 1 remote work day. 
    • Typical workday is M-F, 9-5 or 8-5, but can flex up. 
    • Will likely visit 10-15 sites per day, but the schedule will be based on transit time between sites AND expected length of visits
    • Routing will be preplanned and mapped out by the MED-Project team so the schedule should be set when we start.

There will be overnight travel required with per diem reimbursement and a company credit card to cover any field expenses.

  • Outreach with kiosk host sites including kiosk functional inspections, troubleshooting reports, inspection, and oversite of kiosk host sites in relation to the implementation of product stewardship programs for unwanted medicines and sharps. 
  • Conducting outreach and site recruitment by means of extensive cold calling, site visits and other activities. 
  • Manage take-back events and on-site personnel. 
  • Coordinate kiosk installations (including following safety protocols) with vendor and kiosk host. 
  • Orient kiosk hosts on client Processes. 
  • Support kiosk host site managers (including law enforcement agency (LEA), pharmacy, medical, clinical, and hospital representatives). 
  • Provide mailers and support mailer back stations, as needed. 
  • Ensure Necessary Paperwork is Completed and Accurate. 
  • Provide routine updates on progress of work to meet specific objectives and timelines. 
  • Capture program data as needed to support internal and external reporting. 
  • Manage changes, requests, and complaints from sites. 
  • Perform ongoing site support. 

     
  • Outgoing and energetic individual 
  • Ability to read and understand DEA Rules and Regulations and State and Local Regulations and requirements will be required. Duties include but are not limited to implement kiosk, take-back, and mail-back programs in assigned jurisdiction(s). 
  • Ability to evaluate host sites as it relates to Program requirements and determine eligibility to participate.  
  • Ability to close interested sites and turn them into kiosk host sites. 
  • Comfortable talking with individuals and as a team 
  • Independent and motivated individual contributor and team player 
  • Previous technician, sales or ambassador experience is ideal but not necessary 
  • Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • English language skills - fluent written and verbal communications 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
